21st Century Skills Academy

Our exclusive employment readiness training course for all young adults 16-24 years old in Spokane County is available for in-person and virtual instruction. Young adults are coached on how to get, keep, and excel in a new job from any of the regional in-demand industries. 

Each 21st Century Skills Academy takes place over eight days, three hours per day. Participants are encouraged to attend every day as a new topic is discussed to keep the content fresh and exciting.

Participants can expect the following:

• Create résumés 
• Practice interviewing skills
• Explore career interests and goals
• Develop good workplace habits
• Engage with employers from local businesses
• Learn about budgeting
• Understand the college admission and financial aid processes
